Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 6 weeks of your order confirmation. You will receive notice via email once your order has shipped, which will contain tracking details. Please note that the 'ships within' period refers to the number of weeks before we expect your order to leave our UK studio.

Where is my order?

Shipments are passed to local delivery partners who are responsible for delivery to the destination address. Please get in touch with them for delivery updates. The courier will email you a tracking link along with the estimated delivery date. Please get in touch with them for delivery status information.

How long will delivery take?

• Tracked UK deliveries are sent via UPS and can take up to 3 working days.
• Tracked EU, USA/CA, and Rest of the World deliveries are sent via UPS and can take up to 5 working days.

Customs charges

• We ship items worldwide, and some items may be territory restricted. Delivery costs vary depending on the Parcel's destination, height and weight. Products ordered from our stores for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when the delivery reaches the destination. You are responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount charged. We cannot reimburse you for these charges; please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
